For over two decades, I worked as a senior leader for national and international purpose-driven organizations—helping shape strategy, guide culture, and deliver impact. I sat at the executive table, worked closely with Boards, advised CEOs, and led cross-functional teams through moments of growth, disruption, and reinvention. My work spans a wide range of industries and interests, giving me a broad perspective on what drives organizational success.
